Description
Train for and complete a charity 5K.
Choose a cause that matters to you and register for a local race supporting that mission. Whether you walk, jog, run, or combine all three, the goal is simple: cross the finish line.
The race itself may only last an hour, but the adventure begins weeks earlier with training, preparation, and the commitment to show up on race day.
How It Builds Growth
Training for a 5K develops endurance, confidence, and physical capability. A charity race adds purpose by connecting personal effort with a cause you care about. Every training session is a reminder that your body is capable of more than you thought. Every mile brings you one step closer to the finish line.
Who It Is For
This adventure is for anyone who wants to become more physically active while supporting a cause they believe in.No running experience is required. Many participants walk the entire event. Others alternate between walking and running. The goal is not speed. The goal is to finish.
