Description

Attend a Jungian shadow-work workshop, depth psychology retreat, or guided shadow-work program and explore the parts of yourself that normally remain outside conscious awareness.

Many of our recurring life patterns originate in aspects of ourselves that we have ignored, suppressed, rejected, or simply failed to recognize. These hidden aspects—what Carl Jung called the Shadow—often reveal themselves through emotional triggers, recurring conflicts, strong reactions to others, and persistent life themes.

Through guided exercises, reflection, discussion, and self-inquiry, participants begin to uncover the unseen forces shaping their decisions, relationships, and behaviors.

The goal is not self-improvement.

The goal is self-understanding.

How it Builds Growth

Self-awareness develops when we recognize the patterns, motivations, strengths, and blind spots that influence our lives. As hidden aspects of the self become visible, participants often gain greater clarity about who they are and what truly matters to them.

Who This Adventure Is For
