Description
Walk the Camino Inglés, one of the official pilgrimage routes of the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain.
Beginning in Ferrol and ending at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, this historic route covers approximately 75 miles and can typically be completed in five to six days.
Unlike a typical hiking trip, a pilgrimage is undertaken with intention. Each day follows a clear direction. The pace is slow. The destination matters, but the journey matters more.
Along the way, pilgrims pass through forests, villages, farmland, and historic towns while reflecting on larger questions of purpose, identity, and what gives life meaning.
No religious affiliation is required. Many modern pilgrims walk the Camino for personal growth, reflection, transition, or life direction.
How it Builds Growth
Pilgrimages help participants connect the past, present, and future into a larger life story. The journey creates space to consider what matters most and what direction the next chapter of life should take.
Walking for multiple days naturally slows the mind and increases awareness of recurring thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
