Description

Learn Argentine Tango through an intensive course, workshop series, retreat, or immersion experience. Attend at least 20 hours of instruction. Participate in a social dance event. Demonstrate the ability to dance comfortably with multiple partners.

Unlike many forms of dance, tango demands complete attention to the present moment. Partners communicate through subtle movements, balance, timing, and awareness. Success depends not on memorization, but on connection.

The dance becomes a moving conversation where presence matters more than performance.

How it Builds Growth

Presence develops when attention is fully engaged in what is happening now.

Tango requires participants to listen through movement, respond in real time, and remain aware of both themselves and their partner. There is little room for distraction, rumination, or multitasking.

The result is a powerful practice in mindfulness, connection, and embodied awareness.
