Richmond to Colonial Williamsburgh

April 15-20, 2026

Day 0 - Wednesday, April 15 - Depart for Travel to Richmond

  • Depart Canandaigua 4pm and Drive (4 hours) to stay overnight with Trace on way to Richmond, VA

Day 1 - Thursday, April 16 - Complete drive to Richmond (4 hours)

  • Check into the Berkley Hotel, 1200 E Cary St, Richmond, VA, 23219 United States of America

  • Dinner in Richmond and Prep Bikes for Tour

Day 2 - Friday, April 17

  • Breakfast at the Berkley Hotel

  • Check out and Bike to Virginia Capital Trail (VCT) entry 

  • Bike 2.5 hours to Westover

  • Lunch Stop at Westover - Indian Fields Tavern

  • Bike VCT 2.5 hours to Kingsmill Resort 

  • Check into Kingsmill Resort

  • Relax at indoor pool/spa

  • Dinner at the Resort (4 Restaurants Onsite)

Day 3 - Saturday, April 18

  • Breakfast at the Resort

  • Check out and Bike back to Richmond via the VCT

  • Stop mid-way for Lunch at Hopewell at the Salty Siren (across bridge)

  • Bike VCT 2.5 hours to Richmond, Berkeley Hotel

  • Dinner in Richmond

Day 4 - Sunday, Return Home - 8 hour drive, stop midway for Lunch with Trace in PA
